Enables the radio to support the Geofence from UNS. When SU performs the ARS User Login with the presence server, the information to indicate whether SU is capable of supporting the System Managed Geofence transmits with the ARS.

When enabling System Managed Geofence, ARS Mode must be set as "Enhanced Server" in at least one of the Data Profile record to prevent invalid Fields Report. |
When the radio is model / option capable, and
when the ARS Mode is "Enhanced Server" in at least one of the Data Profiles, and
when the Location Enable field is enabled.
